Wacom Tablets in the Classroom

Before researching all about the Wacom drawing tablets and how a school could use them in their art rooms I was dead set that they were useful for one thing and one thing only, drawing. Little did I know they could be useful in any subject area and for much more than just drawing.

Ideally if I could buy Wacom tablets for an art classroom for middle school students (grades seven and eight) I’d choose to buy the Intuos Pro.

For those of you who don’t know what a Wacom tablet is, when you hover the Wacom pen above the pressure sensitive tablet it works just like your mouse would, so when you tap the pen on the tablet it clicks whatever you need pressed on the screen.
